The purpose of this page is to demonstrate some of the technical documentation I have done in my career. My goal in documentation is to show steps, processes, and reasoning in a concise and easy-to-understand format. I want the end user to understand my thinking if they either encounter the same process or need to do a similar task.

A Timesheet

While at a prior position, I was tasked with creating a method to document my project work and time entries. Over the duration of a year, I continued improving the timesheet and strengthened my Google Sheets skills in the process. The documentation explains the steps used to create a semi-automated tracking mechanism, including formulas, checkbox workflows, protected values, and month-to-month maintenance. This document sample shows my ability to explain a workflow, document formulas, describe maintenance steps, and account for edge cases such as month boundaries and finalized records. It also reflects my interest in creating documentation that can be revisited, updated, and reused over time.
